I have been a self-employed Will Writer since 2022, having previously worked for twenty years for two north Wiltshire firms of solicitors specialising in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and Probate.

I offer a bespoke, friendly, personal, and professional service and produce Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney at an affordable cost. Most appointments take place in the comfort and privacy of my client’s homes or virtually if a home visit is not possible.

Many Will writers are unregulated but others, like me, have numerous qualifications, years of experience and professional indemnity insurance. I am a full member of the Society for Will Writers, who are the leading professional body regulating and promoting the profession of Will writing. I am also an affiliate member of STEP (Society for Trusts and Estate Practitioners) and have taken additional specialist qualifications – the STEP Certificate in Advanced Will Drafting and STEP Certificate in Trusts and Estates.
