As one of the founding partners at FT, I represent people who have suffered injuries and financial losses as a consequence of the negligence of third parties. I have a broad spread of experience in personal injury spanning 20 years, acting for Claimants and Defendants.  I now act exclusive for Claimants and litigate high value/ serious injury cases where people have suffered life altering injuries. My work includes motorcycle/ bicycle accidents, car accidents, industrial injuries/ accidents at work, industrial disease claims and claims against occupiers and landlords. As a firm we are regularly engaged in litigation against major blur chip organisations and large corporations. I have acted in numerous cases conducted in the High Court and County Court and to date as a firm we have helped our clients secure average awards of £194,000.00 in compensation.  As the name of my firm suggests, we specialise in acting for people suffering with chronic pain conditions and in particular Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), arising from an accident or injury. We have secured average awards of £1,140,000.00 for people with CRPS.
